Instagram Personal Account Switch
Switching from a business account to a personal account on Instagram is quite simple. Follow the steps below to convert your Instagram business account into a personal one:

Open the Instagram AppOpen the Instagram app and log in to your account.

Go to Your Profile PageTap the profile icon in the bottom right corner (usually a person figure or your profile picture).

Edit ProfileOn your profile page, tap the three-line (menu) icon in the top right corner.

SettingsIn the menu that appears, find and tap Settings at the bottom.

Account SettingsIn the settings menu, scroll down and tap Account.

Switch Account TypeUnder account settings, find “Switch Professional Account” or “Switch to Personal Account” and tap it.

Switch to Personal AccountTap Switch to Personal Account from the options that appear.

ConfirmationInstagram will notify you that some features related to the professional account will be lost. Once you confirm, the process is complete, and your account will be converted to a personal account.

Why Switch to a Personal Account?

Analytics will be lost: The analytics and stats from a business account will be lost after switching to a personal account.

Ad tools are disabled: If you use your business account for ads, switching to a personal account will remove your advertising tools and other business-related features.

Story Promotion & Links: Personal accounts cannot use business features like “Story Promotion.”

If you no longer want business account features, switching to a personal account can be a good option. However, if analytical tools and business tools are important to you, staying on a business account may be more appropriate.
