For Google Chrome:

Open the Chrome browser.

Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.

Go to Settings > Homepage.

Enable the Homepage toggle.

Tap Open this page, then choose Custom web address.

Enter: https://www.google.com

For Samsung Internet:

Open the Samsung Internet app.

Tap the three horizontal lines (≡) in the bottom right.

Go to Settings > Homepage > Set homepage.

Choose Custom page.

For Mozilla Firefox:

Open Firefox.
