Android Screenshot

1. Press Power + Volume Down Together
The most common method.
How to do it:
While on the screen you want to capture, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for 1–2 seconds.
If successful, the screen will briefly flash, and a shutter sound may be heard.

2. Use Shortcut from Notification Panel
On some Android devices:
Swipe down from the top to access the quick settings menu.
Look for a button labeled “Screenshot” or with a 📸 icon.
Tap it to capture the screen.

3. Three-Finger Swipe (on Some Models)
Especially on Xiaomi, OnePlus, Motorola, and some Oppo models:
Can be enabled under “Gestures” or “Shortcuts” in Settings.
Swipe down with three fingers to take a screenshot.

4. Voice Command (with Google Assistant)
Say: “Hey Google, take a screenshot.”
If Google Assistant is active and permissions are granted, the screenshot is captured automatically.

5. Special Tools (for Samsung)
Power + Volume Down works.
You can also use the S Pen (Note series) to take a screen note.
Or try Smart Capture or Palm Swipe:
Settings > Advanced Features > Motions and Gestures > Palm Swipe to Capture.
