How to Reset Your Facebook Password

1. Open Facebook App or Website:
   Open the Facebook app or go to the Facebook website on your browser.

2. Click on “Forgotten Password?”:
   On the login screen, click on the “Forgotten password?” link below the password field.

3. Enter Your Email or Phone Number:
   Facebook will ask you to enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.

4. Choose Your Recovery Option:
   You’ll be asked how you would like to receive the reset link or code (via email or SMS).

5. Enter the Code or Click the Reset Link:

   • If you received a code via SMS or email, enter the code into the provided field.

   • If you received an email with a reset link, click the link to reset your password.

6. Create a New Password:
   Once the code is verified, you will be directed to a screen where you can create a new password.

7. Log In:
   Use your new password to log into your Facebook account.

8. If You Can’t Access Your Email or Phone:

   • Check Spam Folder: If you haven’t received the reset email or code, check your spam or junk folder.

   • Try Another Email or Phone Number: If you can’t access your account through your primary contact details, Facebook may give you the option to try an alternate email or phone number.
