Open Instagram App:
Open the Instagram app and go to the login screen.

Click on “Forgot your password?”:
On the login screen, click on the “Forgot your password?” or “Can’t log in?” link.

Enter Your Account Information:
You will be asked to enter your email address, username, or phone number.
Once Instagram finds your account, it will send a verification code to your email or phone number.

Enter Your Code:
Enter the code you received via email or SMS. This will help Instagram verify your identity so you can reset your password.

Set a New Password:
After entering the verification code, a screen will appear where you can set a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.

Log In:
After resetting your password, you can log in to Instagram with your new password.

Check Your Email Account: If you haven’t received the password reset email, check your email inbox (also check your spam or junk folder).

Verify Your Phone Number: Ensure that you entered the correct phone number and that the verification code was sent via SMS.
