1. Open Instagram App:
   Open the Instagram app and go to the login screen.

2. Click on “Forgot your password?”:
   On the login screen, click on the “Forgot your password?” or “Can’t log in?” link.

3. Enter Your Account Information:
   You will be asked to enter your email address, username, or phone number.

   Once Instagram finds your account, it will send a verification code to your email or phone number.

4. Enter Your Code:
   Enter the code you received via email or SMS. This will help Instagram verify your identity so you can reset your password.

5. Set a New Password:
   After entering the verification code, a screen will appear where you can set a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.

6. Log In:
   After resetting your password, you can log in to Instagram with your new password.

Still Unable to Reset Your Password?

• Check Your Email Account: If you haven’t received the password reset email, check your email inbox (also check your spam or junk folder).

• Verify Your Phone Number: Ensure that you entered the correct phone number and that the verification code was sent via SMS.

• Get Support: If you still can’t log in, you can reach out to Instagram’s support page or request assistance through the app.
